This is delicious olive oil. I used it on salads and drizzled on food this oil has a great aroma, colour and excellent flavour. It is good for low temperature cooking but when it tastes this good it is a shame to cook with it ~ dunk your bread in it and savour the flavour. I love the Caravella products, try dunking bread in their Balsamic and this oil, heavenly!
