Create an easy Italian-style aperitivo and seafood pasta dinner.

1. Start with the taralli

Serve the Puglian chilli taralli as a crunchy aperitivo while preparing the pasta.

2. Cook the tagliolini

Cook the black squid ink tagliolini in plenty of salted boiling water for approximately 3–4 minutes, or until al dente. Keep a small cup of pasta water before draining.

3. Warm the lobster sauce

Heat the lobster tomato sauce gently in a wide pan. Avoid boiling it vigorously.

4. Finish the pasta

Add the drained tagliolini to the sauce and toss briefly. Add a spoonful of pasta water when needed to create a smooth, glossy finish.

5. Add Chilli&Garlic Extra virgin Olive oil 

Finish each plate with a small drizzle of Chilli & Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil just before serving.
