I really like this pasta, I think it has great flavour for dried pasta, and perhaps more pertinently cooks really well. The pasta is thick enough that you can cook it to the right softness that you wish for - I like my pasta quite al dente and you can achieve this easily, or cook further for a lovely soft pasta. They can be well coated by sauce, and even hold up reasonably well to reheating without disintegration. I've bought this time and again, so I guess I also think they are absolutely worth
